MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
My goal in forming Lucia Capital was to marry the real life experience I gained in running companies with the expertise and rigour gained in working for great investment banking firms over a long history of deal making.
When I was in industry I felt that there was a need for an investment banking partner which had my business interests at heart; one who could assist in finding and executing the deals we could actually achieve to deliver the growth we were targeting.
In returning to an advisory role and in forming Lucia Capital this is what I have set out to do.
At Lucia Capital our objective is to promote ideas which are capable of being delivered and turned into completed deals.
Lucia Capital will do this based on our knowledge of our sectors and getting to know your business.
We will always consider our colleagues on the other side of the table and their objectives, whether its their investors, board and/or management, or their advisors and use this to inform our thinking and tactics.
We will never shy away from giving you our best, honestly held, advice - even if this means walking away from a deal.
It is my goal to build a firm which focuses on your needs.
